Immigration & Naturalization Law

We represent clients before the Immigration & Naturalization Service and provide guidance in matters relating to immigration and naturalization, visas, citizenship, asylum, employment and deportation.

Business Immigration

Our office has successfully represented clients in every major business category; H-1B temporary workers, "O" & P visas for workers in the sports and entertainment industries, Scientists and Medical Professionals, business executives, intra company transferees, and small and large corporations.

Our expertise covers not only obtaining non-immigrant visas, but also foreseeing the fastest and most secure strategy for obtaining permanent residence in all visa categories.

Family Based Immigration

A U.S. citizen may petition for their spouse, parents, children, sisters and brothers. A permanent resident may also petition for their spouse or children. Our office assists in the preparation, filing and representation of family-based visas both at the Immigration Service Offices in the U.S. as well as the U.S. Embassies and consulates throughout the world.

Asylum & Refugee

An alien may be considered for asylum or refugee status in the United States if the alien has a well-founded fear of persecution in his or her home country. To be eligible, the applicant must qualify for refugee status under the Refugee Act of 1980, which states "an alien physically present in the United States or at a land border or port of entry may be granted asylum in the discretion of the Attorney General or if the Attorney General determines that such alien is a refugee.

Our office has successfully represented clients in both applications before the U.S.I.N.S. Administrative Offices and at trial from over 30 different countries.
